What you'll be doing

  • Talent identification: Become an expert at identifying and engaging top talent for your clients.

  • Build talent pools: Develop a strong network of candidates within the technology landscape.

  • Source candidates: Identify candidates for roles picked up by yourself or other team members.

  • Manage candidates: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

  • Client development: Identify and develop new clients, picking up roles and growing the business.

  • Account management: Work with the Regional Director to fill existing client roles and develop further business opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a digital recruitment consultantor within the digital marketing landscape.

  • A high level of integrity with a focus on doing what is right for all stakeholders.

  • Ability to be dynamic, adapting to new market challenges and opportunities.
