What you'll be doing
Talent identification: Become an expert at identifying and engaging top talent for your clients.
Build talent pools: Develop a strong network of candidates within the technology landscape.
Source candidates: Identify candidates for roles picked up by yourself or other team members.
Manage candidates: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
Client development: Identify and develop new clients, picking up roles and growing the business.
Account management: Work with the Regional Director to fill existing client roles and develop further business opportunities.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience as a digital recruitment consultantor within the digital marketing landscape.
A high level of integrity with a focus on doing what is right for all stakeholders.
