As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and development. The ideal candidate will have the ambition and experience to take charge, build their own team, and help shape the future of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Business Development & Cold Calling: Proactively identify new opportunities and grow the client base.

  • Client Meetings: Meet with clients to build relationships and win new business.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and guide junior staff, helping them grow into top recruiters.

  • Business Planning: Create and implement a business plan, hitting timeframes and targets (after 6 months).

  • Salary Negotiations: Handle salary negotiations with candidates and clients to ensure optimal placements.

  • Client & Candidate Communication: Maintain strong relationships and offer excellent communication throughout the recruitment process.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

  • A 2:1 degree or above from a top 30 university.

  • A hardworking, positive attitudewith a “don’t give up” mindset.

  • Motivation to lead a team and take on increasing responsibility.

  • A natural people person with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
