What you'll be doing

  • Develop relationships with both candidates and clients, becoming a trusted advisor in your sector.

  • Specialize within your market, gaining in-depth knowledge and becoming a true expert.

  • Screen CVs and match candidates’ strengths to the best-fit roles.

  • Manage expectations for both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and successful placements.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a positive experience for both parties.

  • Prepare candidates for interviews, helping them put their best foot forward.

  • Train new hires and help shape the next generation of recruiters.

What we're looking for

  • Proven successwithin sales or recruitment.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/recruitment, with a resilient, persistent nature.

  • Entrepreneurial drive: Someone motivated to succeed and take ownership of their career.

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Some experience in managing or mentoring a team.

  • Sporting achievements are a plus, showing competitive spirit and teamwork.
