What you'll be doing
Develop relationships with both candidates and clients, becoming a trusted advisor in your sector.
Specialize within your market, gaining in-depth knowledge and becoming a true expert.
Screen CVs and match candidates’ strengths to the best-fit roles.
Manage expectations for both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and successful placements.
Negotiate contracts and ensure a positive experience for both parties.
Prepare candidates for interviews, helping them put their best foot forward.
Train new hires and help shape the next generation of recruiters.
What we're looking for
Proven successwithin sales or recruitment.
1-3 years of experience in sales/recruitment, with a resilient, persistent nature.
Entrepreneurial drive: Someone motivated to succeed and take ownership of their career.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Some experience in managing or mentoring a team.
Sporting achievements are a plus, showing competitive spirit and teamwork.
