Analysing and developing the current BD strategy and implementing ideas and plans to improving it.

What we're looking for
We are looking for a commercially minded individual that has the ability to bring in business from day one.
Someone that has had clear evidence and examples of success in the past.
They need to have had experience managing and growing teams succesfully and running P&L's
